" We had an overall great experience buying the home. The inspections revealed problems which were taken care of by the other party so it closed on schedule. Judi was able to resolve other problems we had with the refrigerator and dishwasher after we started to move in by contacting the appliance repairman to address this. This was greatly appreciated since this should have been taken care of by the seller. The seller disclosed a problem with the dishwasher after receiving the distribution at closing. Seems odd that the seller would not address this before closing but thanks to Judi's efforts we were able to continue to move in without much delay!"
